  • Hey folks, new track here from me. Been a few months since I worked on anything new of my own so felt a bit out of the game and had to remind myself of a few old tricks, but hopefully this one sounds ok – 114 bpm chuggy acid thing.

Partciularly interested in how the low end is sounding, have some new headphones which seem to boost the bass (in…Read More

    • You can easily turn that kick 1dB down and remove some of the saturation/clipping on it. there is no need for it and your mix will get more clean low. It’s a common problem in your music that you overcook the kicks a bit. Anyway the rest sounds really good, and is the typical Ben Hunt style.

          • Bass and kick is working nicely. Sounding like a mix between Herbert and Lindstrom. Which I would have to assume is something you’re going for. Great shuffle on the top loop hats. • FORUMS ARE TURNED OFF

Maybe it will come back in the future if needed. But for now it just gives confusion and therefore we will for now on, just use the groups for anything the forum would be used for.

So feedback is now just a post on the wall in the Track Feedback Group

About Me

DEHN

Label Owner at Thorium Records

Behind the name, DEHN is Thorium Records label owner Michael Klit. He started playing some vinyl around 98-99, but he quickly began producing his music under the name Static Corn. In the summer of 99, he also began to make underground raves under the name of GerningsStedet. The parties were held, under parking lots, on abandoned farms, and old factory halls. He also played at the parties as DJ, where his style was minimal / pro-aggressive psytrance from the Danish underground scene. He later was a downbeat DJ at the venue Bryggen for several years.
