V2 Here, reduced the knock on the kick and slight changes to some perc patterns and a few more bars on the outro.

Solid kick, love the metallic sound on the perc at the start.

The tom? hits sounded really wide in the mix, first heard at 0.33.

Nothing else stood out in the mix.

Cool movement on the bass effects, I see what you mean by taking things from drum and bass…

Track is done really, release it into the wild, set it free!

Damn! This is a really good track, love the vibe it has. No mix notes to add, it sounds great as it is. At 0.51 when the bass drops, that’s the track, well cool! Look forward to a release of this one..

Banging! But I agree with Pov, the kick is loud! It’s a cool kick but just tone it down a bit. Love the skippy hi hat rhythm from the start. I have to say though that you’re looking a bit rough in the photo, I saw you in November and you looked better, try some vitamins?

Sounds great Ben, no real mix notes to add. I have a few tracks from a year or so ago that I relistened to recently and thought I should revisit them but I worry I would get lost in changing everything too much! If it works and has a good vibe, which this track does then it really doesn’t need any major changes.
