      • Wow! Sounds like heavy artillery. I started with it long time ago. Then left for some time to create some heavy music like Industrial and Black Metal. When I came back to electronic music, I could not recognize Traktor. As Photoshop, you know. Lots of functions, you use max 2% of them, but they are hidden. 😁

        • Well I have kind of only used that and tried others. I was CDJ “dj” up until a few years ago, and then made the witch to controller and Traktor. But I’m not a dj, I just like to mix when listening to music.

Record Box is a freaking disaster if you ask me. Came to my friend with music on a USB and it was a disaster because I hadnt used their…Read More

          • Oh yeah and used Traktor on/off for since it first came out, so kind of just used to the features that has been added. It’s still only v3, so its not that a huge amount has changed.

            • Well, still too complicated for me, as any German Wunderwaffe. 😂
Regarding Rekordbox – I don’t play any Pioneer equipment at all principally. As for me, this is high technology that is killing the art of DJing. Just push play -> push sync -> shake your ass/boobs -> profit!!! 😂

            • I gave Serato a chance. Big NO!!!
              Tried VirtualDJ. Quite nice.
Then I tried Djay Pro AI by Algoriddim. The same functions that VDJ has, works with all my hardware without additional mapping, much cheaper.
So that’s how I made my choice.

            • Yeah well you still gotta know how to mix. the sync is just a small part of it since there is a bpm counter and visual feedback. So yeah dont care about sync. Having 4 decks playing at same time it can be quite handy 🙂

Instagram is killing the art hahahaha. But to be serious, I think its the easy access to gear to get you up and running that is…Read More

    • looooooool, what a damn fucking good looking picture of yours – ROFL

      • It’s for a project that got nothing to do with all my other projects. Trying to blend 70’s hippie rock with electronic music, and then find the “outcasts” of society and make them help evolve the tracks to something that is made by people who lives in the wrong part of the town.

        • Sounds cool. I love experiments of that kind. Like Igorrr, Bong-Ra, Anaal Natrakh, who blend Black / Death Metal with mad electronics.
I played EDM, then I played Black Metal and Industrial, now I’m playing EDM again but thinking about a side project where all these genres will be united.

Music bio

Artist name: DJWhaters

From: South East UK

Style: My passion for hard dance music was sparked from a young age…. But more recently I have ventured in to the Techno Arena

I love making music that is harder in style, Frenchcore is a unique solid sound that you either love or hate, my sounds are unique and individual but I’m making music I like and not chasing fame or money but making music to escape reality

For me it was fresh sounds and ignited my rebellious streak as everyone around me conformed to mainstream music & too scared to stand out & I like to own it & make my music stand out and different to the norm

My passion for hard dance music was sparked from a young age, but more recently I have ventured in to the Techno Arena just for a learning experience.

I finally had opportunity and support and freedom to take the leap with producing music in a recent low budget movie in London

Music for me is all about playing with sounds & keeping it fresh, both Hardcore and Techno ignited my rebellious streak as everyone around me conformed to mainstream music as it allows me to make it my own and stand out and be different to the norm as I can adapt my style to tell stories with music or just to have fun
