Hey all so had been doing this track a while and was getting no-where then revisited it changed up the bass lines and practically the rest followed i already had the structure of the drums in place etc.. this being a Bass House number hopefully to submit over with the last house track i did a while back your thoughts and feedback as always a help and appreciated thanks.T

Hi Scott Hope you are well mate thanks for feedback too, great points i will look at maybe try something different on that snare roll and also look at that bassline too thanks for listen mate ..Tim

As that lead filters up at 22-26s it sounds like there’s some unintended clipping/distortion artifacts. Bassline is cool when it drops, lots of movement.
The pad at 130 sounds full in the low-mids, it could help with clarity if that’s notched a bit.
The snare build out of the break didn’t carry energy in the way it should, it felt like it was progressing in fits and starts. Not sure what the right answer is, but it didn’t really connect.
Those 2 basslines or low bass and mid lead at 5 mins work really well together. As does the changeup on the bass at 530. Very nice. I’d use more of that bass pattern, that’s the best in the track. The break at 6 mins totally works too –– I think I like this later half of the track the best.
