Hey folks, new track here from me. Been a few months since I worked on anything new of my own so felt a bit out of the game and had to remind myself of a few old tricks, but hopefully this one sounds ok – 114 bpm chuggy acid thing.
Partciularly interested in how the low end is sounding, have some new headphones which seem to boost the bass (in a good way) but want to make sure I haven’t overegged it….

Cheers Piv, yeah the kick does sound a bit overdone with fresh ears this morning. Easy fix though, thanks.

You can easily turn that kick 1dB down and remove some of the saturation/clipping on it. there is no need for it and your mix will get more clean low. It’s a common problem in your music that you overcook the kicks a bit. Anyway the rest sounds really good, and is the typical Ben Hunt style.
